Term-Specific Student Loan Form Signing Information
Fall/Winter Terms
In the Fall and Winter Terms, a student is considered to be full-time if they are registered in at least nine units of course weight in each term.
Students in Fall/Winter who wish to pay Fall Term fees only must present a Students Finance Notice of Assessment indicating further loan disbursements. Without this document, fees for both Fall and Winter Terms will be deducted from your Fall Term loan disbursement. You can obtain a duplicate Notice of Assessment form from the Alberta Learning Information Service website.
If you process a Fall or Winter loan after the applicable fee payment deadline, you will not be assessed a late payment penalty provided that Financial Services receives payment no later than October 31, 2012 for the Fall Term and February 28, 2013 for the Winter Term. Otherwise, penalties apply.
