Notes

  1. The last day to add or drop courses using web registration is the date specified for Winter Term 13 week classes (refer to Bear Tracks operating hours). After this date, use a Withdrawal form to withdraw from your courses. This form is available at your Faculty office. Course drops through web registration by this delete date will be removed from your student record, and you will not be assessed fees. Course withdrawals after the delete date will be assessed fees because it is too late to offer your place in the class to another student. (See note (2) below for information on course drops for 6 week courses offered in the second half of the term.)
  2. Note that 6 week classes offered in the second half of the term cannot be dropped via web registration unless the drop is made by the drop deadline specified for Winter Term 13 week classes (refer to Bear Tracks operating hours). After that date, for these classes, a withdrawal form is required; however, if the withdrawal is signed by the Faculty by the 'delete only' date specified for 6 week classes offered in the second half of the term, the course will be removed from your student record, and you will not be assessed fees. Course withdrawals after the delete date will be assessed fees because it is too late to offer your place in the class to another student.
  3. Students who have not paid their fees in full by this date, or have not made satisfactory alternate arrangements, will be assessed late payment penalty charges. Please note that if you have paid the $175 confirmation deposit for the Winter Term, this amount must be subtracted from the total on your assessment.
  4. If you withdraw from courses by this date, you will be assessed 50% of the fees and receive grades of "W" (withdrew) on your student record. If you withdraw after this date, you will be assessed full fees.
  5. Last day to withdraw and receive a grade of "W". Withdrawals after this date will be assigned final grades based on course work completed.

Instalment Charges

You will be charged a $40 instalment fee if you are attending both Fall and Winter Terms but choose to pay your Winter Term fees in January, rather than in September.
