Registration Information

Fall Term 2013 classes start September 4, 2013 for most programs. The following in-person services are provided in the Administration Building during regular office hours (8:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday).

Student Access Centre, Main Floor:

• All Interest-Free / Confirmation of Enrolment Form signing: Schedule 2, Form B and Out of Province
• Transcripts and Certificates of Attendance
• Bear Tracks Registration Assistance (add, drop, changes)

Financial Services, Third Floor:

• Student Loan Certificate / Agreement signing
• Fee payments
• Fine payments (Fines cannot be paid online)

Make sure you know...

• Your Campus Computing ID (CCID) and password - you need this information to access Bear Tracks. If you need help with your CCID, please contact the Academic Information and Communication Technologies (AICT) office.
• No special consideration will be given if a student cannot add or delete a class by the deadline because they did not have their CCID and password.
• Classes closed to Web registration require Department consent/permission. You must submit your request to the Department well in advance of the deadline. Campus offices are not open after regular hours. Contact information can be found on the Faculties and Departments page.
• You have 10 days from the start of classes to make changes to your registration. For this reason, no appeals for registration changes after the deadline will be considered.
